Circuit Train Like an Elite: Shalane Flanagan

Even though I’m Australian, I have certain favourite international runners. Shalane Flanagan is one of them, so sometimes it’s fun to pretend that I can train like her! I can’t run as fast as her, but at least I can do some of the same circuit training that she does.

Perform each move for 30-60 seconds, run 800m between moves, or do star jumps (jumping jacks) between the other moves – 30 seconds each (repeat whole set at least twice)
