Wednesday P.M. 8km, 46 minutes.
Man my legs are tired! I guess tuesday’s run was much harder than normal, and I spend the afternoon walking around (about 8km total spread over a couple trips). We live in an area that is really close to everything, so I walk as much as possible instead of driving or catching public transport.
Wednesday afternoon’s plan was to run 15km with some hill repeats in the middle, but a combination of the hot weather, a strong head wind, and tired legs I decided to cut it short.
I was in bed by 8:30 last night so I’m glad I didn’t run further!
This morning I feel a lot better. Today was going to be a rest day, but I may do a short run this afternoon, depending how I feel.
